- Year 1 to 3 – 3 weeks paid vacation time, 2 1/2 weeks of paid sick time and paid holiday time.
- Years 4 and 5 – 4 weeks paid vacation time, 3 weeks of paid sick time and paid holiday time.
- Years 6+ – 6 weeks of paid vacation time, 3 weeks of paid sick time and paid holiday time. That’s 9 weeks of paid time off in one year!
- Additionally, full time staff can take up to 6 months of unpaid time off.

Paid Insurance Benefits
At Progress Foundation we pay for your Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistant Program and Life Insurance at 100% for our employees.

Retirement Benefits
All employees are offered an opportunity to participate in our 403B retirement plan.
Non-union employees get an additional non-matching 4% of their salary paid into their retirement plan, with a vesting schedule of one year. That is an additional 4% salary in one year!
